The impacts that could be generated by the implementation of the Health Sector Services Development Project of the Congo are as follows: the displacement of populations; the loss of activities, especially commercial / merchant, craft, and agricultural; loss of heritage (canteens, shops, stalls); loss of the means of production (farming), the loss of income or livelihood. The choice of sites is a very sensitive issue at the social level. Indeed, a site sensed may be conflicts if people claim ownership or are being used for agricultural purposes, residential and other uses cultural or customary. Indeed, the choice of the site and its development could lead to expropriation proceedings. The construction of health infrastructures could induce negative effects on the health of people, the non-use of the local workforce, the management of waste, and so on. The population potentially affected by the move is estimated to be nearly 400 people.
